For those who believe in God a conscious or semi-conscious feeling of confusion can exist in the form of the question: Why do you allow us to suffer so greatly? There is deep pain for the sensitive who look around and see such suffering around the world and in their own experience of living. The answer that brings peace is that we have free will, and that we are not going to feel better until we change our perception. Each and every one of us is given the guidance necessary to make these changes. All we need to do is listen, and integrate this guidance into our thinking.

Many of us fill up our life with such business that we have no opportunity to listen. This constant business may in part be covering up our fear of God, our anger at God, or are fear of the change that would come by listening to the guidance God will share if we stop and listen.
